Network analysis playback

Control of the playback of analysis results has been updated for the next release of WaterSums. In a final Beta version (probably to be released today!), the new toolbar buttons and keyboard shortcuts allow much better control than was previously possible. The Network Toolbar now looks like this:
The Analyse button now has a keyboard shortcut - F2. "Clear" removes the animations, and the playback controls allow the animation to be moved to the start or end of the animation or to move forward or backward a single timestep. The play/pause button changes its icon depending on whether the animation is playing or not, and the speed controls allow the playback speed to be controlled while the animation is playing. All of these have keyboard shortcuts, which are displayed in the tooltip for each. A combo-box has been added to allow the timestep to be typed in or set from the pulldown. This is a little experimental: feel free to give your feedback on what you think of this control. All of these playback controls only work with the Silverlight plugin.
Map view control buttons still work in the same way as in previous releases.
